Sunday 1 Jun - NAILSEA - Home
Blagdon 278; Nailsea 193 - Won by 85 runs

With Blagdon batting first Nailsea always had a difficult time trying to keep up with the pace. Once again Tom took 3 wickets. All the wickets were evenly distributed amongst our players and they all played well.

The batting highlight was a terrific stand of 25 between Ed Williams and Eleanor Yard. Nearly all the batsmen kept their wicket intact as we only lost two wickets, and this proved to be decisive to the outcome of the match.

There were some cracking "4s" but the best moment of the match was a superb caught and bowled by Tom. The ball was hit with some force and he held on to it right by his head.
