Blagdon entertained Weston Wizards in a close and thrilling encounter. Captain Tom Blanchard won the toss and put Weston into bat.

In their allotted 20 overs Wizards achieved 249 for the loss of six wickets, facing some tight bowling partiuclarly from Adam Martin, Alex Fudge and Jordan Payne.

After suffering a pre-match knock Tom Blanchard employed a runner for his batting session, a rather novel experience for both players and spectators at this level! He may have been unable to run but his batting was unaffected and Tom ended his innings Blagdon's highest scorer on 10 n.o.

Rueing three dropped catches which would have made all the difference to the score Blagdon eventually finished on 236-5 to lose by just 13 runs to a strong Weston side.
