At last the weather allowed us to play our first league game of the
season. Blagdon won the toss and put Barrow Gurney in to bat.
On a very flat wicket Blagdons bowlers only took three wickets but
restricted Barrow to 62 runs from their 20 overs.
Blagdon put Tom Blanchard (year 6) and Clayton Davies into bat. Tom
and Clayton took Barrows bowlers apart and between them reached the
required total with no loss of wicket.
A special note for Clayton at 41 not out.
