MATCH REPORT

Blagdon batted first and scored an excellent 144-3 in the allotted 20 overs. Garth Tiley and Rhys Davies opened the batting and got us off to a flying start before Rhys was dismissed for 32. Garth continued to bat well after this and ended the innings on a season’s best 74 not out.

Wrington got off to a good start but a couple of quick wickets from Adam Crooks and some great bowling from Garth Tiley saw their innings end 14 runs short of victory. Garth ended with figures of 3-9 and put together with his 74 not out was truly a match winning performance.
