In the event of any doubts about weather conditions preventing coaching sessions or League games from proceeding we would appreciate you using the undermentioned contact process to establish the situation.
Tuesday/Wednesday Coaching Sessions
Decisions regarding weather will usually have been taken by 1500 hrs and if so will be viewable on http://blagdon.play-cricket.com. Myself and the coaches listed below will be aware by then of any cancellation and should be contacted by those families with their SURNAME in the Alphabetic range indicated.

Subject to its availability we may be able to accommodate the KWIK cricketers and U11’s sessions in Blagdon School Hall so if your child is in one of those groups please ask if that option applies when phoning.
League games
In ALL cases parents of those selected for playing in any of our teams should contact the TEAM manager as below (or their Assistant), as specified in the Fixture card. Decisions by us (or our opponents) are usually made by 1700 hrs for evening games and 0900 hrs for morning games.
